Tough turning back now!

We finished up all of the cleaning, projects, and touch-up yesterday and then the realtor came by. The papers are signed and the house is listed for sale!

    Shinola-----that's the asking price???!!! In Mpls you'd put that house up for $350.000+ easy. Best of luck seliing the place...it is cute, well kept and in a good neighborhood. Fingers crossed......(grin)
