First Day in London

No pretty pictures to share tonight. We spent most of the day getting to the airport in Lulea, flying to Stockholm. I got a haircut at the airport in Stockholm because I couldn't ever seem to make time at home. Finally caught the flight from ARN to Heathrow, 2 hours later landed but then took another hour waiting in line at passport control. As we came out of customs, we met up with our driver who picked us up in a Mercedes mini-van! We drove across town to our little hotel on Craven Terrace, just north of Hyde Park near Paddinton Station. After arriving at 8:30pm, we went down the street to an Italian restaurant where we had grilled sardines, prosciutto and cantelope, main courses, and then sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
While some might think it's cold here ... seems awfully warm compared to Sweden!

Does the Italian food get more authentic the closer you get to Italy?
It's got to be better than Italian food in Sweden!
